Sandblasting & Painting

Our dedicated blast-and-paint building handles surface preparation and finishing right alongside our cutting and fabrication, so parts go from raw steel to painted without leaving the shop. It’s the same finishing we do on our own truck bodies and plow equipment.

Why It Works

Why sandblasting & painting

Proper Surface Prep

Abrasive blasting removes mill scale, rust and old coatings so paint can bond to clean steel.

One Shop, Start to Finish

Have parts cut, formed, welded, blasted and painted without moving them between shops.

Protection That Lasts

A well-prepared surface and a good coating protect steel from rust and wear, including road salt and weather.

Separate Finishing Space

A dedicated building keeps blasting and painting apart from the fabrication floor for a cleaner, more consistent finish.
